- Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Requests for cancellations must be made in writing before the course start date.
- OpCon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, participants may choose to reschedule or request a refund.
- Online Learning
- Participants are responsible for their own internet access and devices.
- Sharing course links or recordings with others is not allowed.
- Privacy
- We collect and use personal data only for enrollment, certification, and communication in line with UAE data protection regulations.
- We do not share personal data with third parties except when required by law or accreditation bodies.
- Liability
- While we aim to deliver high-quality learning and consulting services, OpCon does not guarantee specific outcomes such as employment or business results.
- We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our control.
- Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
