5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Requests for cancellations must be made in writing before the course start date.
• OpCon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, participants may choose to reschedule or request a refund.

6. Online Learning

• Participants are responsible for their own internet access and devices.
• Sharing course links or recordings with others is not allowed.

7. Privacy

• We collect and use personal data only for enrollment, certification, and communication in line with UAE data protection regulations.
• We do not share personal data with third parties except when required by law or accreditation bodies.

8. Liability

• While we aim to deliver high-quality learning and consulting services, OpCon does not guarantee specific outcomes such as employment or business results.
• We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
